Shipping & Returns

Production & Dispatch

All pieces are made to order. Once your order, size and length are confirmed, UK orders are made and delivered within 7–10 days. International delivery takes longer and may be affected by customs. During busy periods timings can extend slightly — you will be notified when your order is dispatched.

UK Delivery

Standard tracked delivery is £4.99. Orders over £100 qualify for free UK delivery. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping is £30 to the Middle East, North America, Australia and Europe (excluding the UK, where our UK delivery rates apply). For destinations outside these regions, please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.

Returns Policy

Every Noraqanni BYO abaya is individually made to your selected specifications. Slight variations in measurements and fit may occur, so please review your selections and our sizing guide before ordering. Where your abaya is made to your individual specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty or not as described.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
