Shipping & Returns

Production & Dispatch

All pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and measurements received, your abaya is made and delivered within 7–10 days. During busy periods this can extend slightly — you will be notified when your order is dispatched.

UK Delivery

Standard tracked delivery is £4.99. Orders over £100 qualify for free UK delivery. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and rates for your country.

Returns Policy

Because every piece is made to your exact measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
